Election day is tomorrow, November 5. It’s a critical time in our country and for our astrology, too. Pluto stands at the end of Capricorn, the 29th degree, marking the end of a prominent cycle in our culture regarding business, power, and tradition. I frequently think back to this article published in 2006 by Michael Lutin in Vanity Fair. Please read it, and let me know your thoughts in the comments.
I don’t know who will win the election. Regardless of who wins, we have pivotal astrology coming up, with Uranus entering Gemini, Neptune entering Aries, and Pluto entering Aquarius in the next year. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are slow-moving planets that symbolize the mindset, aesthetics, and culture of the zeitgeist. All three changing signs could mean that we are about to undergo a tremendous cultural change, with the world's artists, free thinkers, and leaders working together (these planets will be in harmonious alignments). This might be a Pollyanna perspective, but it’s my hope and assessment of these planetary shifts.
If you are engaging with astrology content that predicts who will win the election, I want you to remember that astrology is as flawed as the people who created it, and there is no way to know what will come. As always, be grounded in your use of the stars.
