Mercury retrograde begins in Virgo at 12:56 AM on August 5 — Time to make edits!
Mercury will be retrograde in Virgo from August 5 until August 28.
I’m sure you’re tired of all the Mercury retrograde fearmongering—I know I am! Mercury retrogrades can be associated with delays, miscommunications, and confusion; however, they also have so much to offer! They offer reconnection with the past, a chance to edit, and, best of all, a chance to rest!
Here are some ways I think Mercury retrograde in Virgo could work out for us:
A project that previously had to be put on the back burner — one that could sincerely help the world or create change! — could be picked back up.
Paperwork could be updated or corrected
Objects, perhaps especially tools of your trade, which had been lost could be found.
Skills that were lost or which had been fading could return.
We might run into people from our past, perhaps people we have helped or who have helped us.

They say luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Well, the sun sextile Jupiter says that sometimes luck is when confidence meets opportunity! New possibilities could be opening up for us during this period, and we might feel very bold and courageous as we pursue our passions! This is also a fabulous time to network, make new friends, exchange ideas, and explore.
Mercury retrograde meets Venus in Virgo at 11:12 PM on August 7 — Fun and flirty!
We could run into old friends, lovers, or crushes during this period, and the mood is sweet and thoughtful. We might be very coy with our crushes at this time. Generally, an easygoing atmosphere, especially in regard to communication, could flow. Things might feel very up in the air, thanks to Mercury retrograde, and some of us may feel triggered by fears of the unknown; however, new possibilities could be blooming at this time, and if you’re feeling anxious about what’s to come, remember that you have a hand in your destiny. Mercury retrograde could be a fabulous time to rearrange things — especially that which seemed to be set in stone — so that you can build the future you desire.
