Venus in Virgo squares off with Jupiter in Gemini at 1:52 PM on August 19 — Party!
This is a fun alignment! Maybe too much fun? Be careful not to overindulge, and be sure to watch your spending! This could be a fun time to flirt with someone; brilliant banter could be exchanged. The intellectual connection we share with our crushes could be especially potent. Fantastic art could be created. Great food and music and fun travels could be had. Enjoy!
Venus in Virgo opposes Saturn in Pisces at 4:29 AM on August 19 — Don’t have too much fun?
Will Saturn rain on Venus and Jupiter’s parade? Saturn is regarded as the taskmaster of the zodiac, focused on work and not partying. Venus’s opposition to Saturn could mean a rejection must be issued, boundaries must be set, or we need to refocus on our responsibilities. So, party with Venus and Jupiter, but don’t forget to clock into work on time!
The sun in Leo squares off with Uranus in Taurus at 12:45 PM on August 19 — Try something new!
If you’re feeling stifled and held back in a boring relationship, this alignment could ignite your fire to get out of there. This alignment is all about independence and experimentation. Exciting decisions could be made at this time. People might be very unpredictable during this period.
The full moon in Aquarius occurs at 2:25 PM on August 19 — Chill out.
So, so far, Venus and Jupiter invited us to party, Saturn said no, and the sun and Uranus said I’m tired of boredom, let’s do something different! What does the full moon in Aquarius say? The sun is in Leo, where it’s hot and passionate about everything. The moon in Aquarius says chill out. It’s an aloof, detached, too cool-for-school full moon, begging us not to be drama queens and instead to look at things logically. This full moon says have fun, try something new, don’t forget your responsibilities, and give yourself plenty of space to emotionally process things.
Jupiter in Gemini squares off with Saturn in Pisces at 5:45 PM on August 19 — Choices made?
Now, not only is there a full moon with all that other astrological activity taking place on August 19, but there is also Jupiter square Saturn, one of the year's most pivotal alignments. Saturn is all about systems, and Jupiter is the planet of expansion. Their square could mean that we are whittling down our choices, making decisions we can commit to. We could take on new responsibilities during this period, or we could have our abilities tested.

This is a passionate alignment that could bode well for our love lives and our creative pursuits. Venus in Virgo can be very coy, and Mars in Gemini loves the chase! For Mars in Gemini, the chase can look like sending love letters, texting funny memes, sharing articles, and otherwise appealing to the intellect. A discussion could be revisited during this time, and perhaps some great healing could take place. Vulnerability, honesty, and courage are keywords highlighted at this time. This could be a decisive moment for exploring your faith or your spirituality.

While we usually don’t think of retrogrades as productive periods, they might be excellent times to revisit projects that had to be put on the back burner, and Mercury’s helpful alignment with Mars now could inspire proactive and confident energy as we re-edit and rework things. Information we previously missed could be discovered.
Mars in Gemini sextiles Chiron in Aries at 2:33 PM on August 24 — Helping hands?
Mars is the planet of action; it wants to take care of business, and its harmonious alignment with Chiron could spell an accommodating atmosphere where goals are accomplished with helping hands.
